These Terms of Purchase govern all orders placed through Pandorn’s website. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Currency and Pricing

All prices displayed on our website and all transactions are conducted in USD (United States Dollars). Prices exclude applicable taxes and import duties for international orders, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed with payment processed.

2. Order Placement and Confirmation

When you place an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected jewelry items. We will send an automated email acknowledgment within 2 hours of receiving your order, which serves as confirmation that we’ve received your request but not as acceptance of the order. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a formal order confirmation email, which includes your purchase details, shipping timeline, and a unique order reference number—this is typically sent within 12 hours of successful payment verification.

3. Shipping

  • Processing Time: Standard orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 2-5 business days after order confirmation. Custom or personalized items require additional processing time (7-14 business days), which will be specified on the product page.
  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, domestic deliveries (within the US) take 3-7 business days, while international deliveries vary by country: 7-15 business days for major regions, and up to 21 days for remote locations.
  • Shipping Methods: We partner with premium carriers (including FedEx and DHL) for secure delivery. A tracking number and delivery updates will be sent via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its journey in real time.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to products transfers to you upon the carrier’s confirmation of delivery. Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt—if damaged, refuse delivery (where possible) and contact our customer service at [email protected] within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and item.

4. Returns

  • Eligibility: Unused, undamaged jewelry may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original packaging with all tags, authenticity certificates, and accessories intact. Custom-designed items (including engraved pieces) are eligible for return only if they contain manufacturing defects or do not match the approved design specifications.

We will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, incorrect item, or error on our part—we will provide a prepaid shipping label in such cases.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (and confirm it meets the return eligibility criteria), we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; please note that your bank or payment provider may take 2-7 additional days to reflect the funds in your account. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item within 2 business days of approving the return, with no additional shipping fees.

6. Order Modifications and Cancellations

All items are subject to stock availability. In the event that a product you ordered is unavailable (due to unexpected stock depletion or production issues), we will notify you via email within 24 hours and offer three options: wait for restocking (with a confirmed timeline), choose an alternative item of equal or lesser value, or receive a full refund (processed within 3 business days).
